Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking with Emarah International. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.

Booking & Reservations

All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum deposit as specified per package.
Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to departure for domestic packages and 14 days for international packages.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our travel partners.
Passport copies, visa documents, and other required paperwork must be submitted within the timeline communicated at booking.
Emarah International reserves the right to cancel bookings where incomplete documentation or late payments are received.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
Prices include applicable taxes. Any additional government levies or surcharges will be communicated prior to final payment.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, and cash at our Dhaka office.
International card payments may incur additional processing fees.
Package prices are locked only after full payment is received and confirmed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or physical letter) to be processed.
More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund (10% administrative fee deducted).
15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
7-14 days before departure: 25% refund.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
Umrah and Hajj packages have separate cancellation policies communicated at booking due to non-refundable airline and hotel commitments.
No-show passengers are not eligible for refunds.

Liability & Responsibilities

Emarah International acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies).
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by third-party providers.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates.
Emarah International is not responsible for visa rejections by embassies or consulates.
Travelers must have appropriate travel insurance. We can arrange insurance upon request.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions) may result in rescheduling or partial refunds.

Traveler Conduct

Travelers must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations of destination countries.
Disruptive or unlawful behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Emarah International reserves the right to deny future bookings to travelers who violate conduct policies.
Pilgrims undertaking Umrah or Hajj must follow the guidelines set by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Saudi authorities.

Data Protection & Privacy

Personal information collected during booking is used solely for travel arrangements and communication.
We do not sell or share customer data with unauthorized third parties.
Passport copies and sensitive documents are stored securely and deleted after the travel period.

Modifications by Emarah International

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or safety concerns.
Significant changes to package inclusions will be communicated with alternative options or partial refunds.
Package descriptions on our website are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may be subject to change.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from bookings will first be addressed through mutual discussion and mediation.
Unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
